Part 1 of a great 3 part bio on Ollie in fact the entire Disney Family Album series is fantastic!
If that wasn’t awesome enough, he and classmate Richard Jeffries created an animated film set to the EPIC David Bowie song “Fame” which won the Student Academy Award for Animation! They were the first Cal Arts students to have done so! Is it any wonder?
Mark began his professional animation career doing layout as Moe Gollub’s assistant at Hanna Barbera Studios while at the same time finishing his studies at Cal Arts! Shows like Scooby Doo, The Flintstones, Yogi Bear, The Fonz and the Happy Days Gang, Challenge of the SuperFriends, and Godzilla!
